Mosaique - brut rosé
Rosé champagne is a celebration in all respects. First of all, this Jacquart has a beautiful salmon pink colour. The smell is complex, aromatic and reminds of cherries, red berries and wild strawberries. Later, during the tasting, it is complemented by some peach and apricot. Fruity, with a fine mousse and a good balance.

This is a champagne to toast with. To a wedding couple, a birthday party or a birth for example. Serve this rosé champagne also with food: think of slightly spicy or sweet and sour oriental dishes or salads with smoked salmon.
